rest on distant horizon,
crickets and bullfrogs singing
Gone is the noise of the day.
Tomorrow, nowhere in sight.

THE STARS ARE BRIGHTLY SHINING
closes in, I look
and I AM
reminded of those whose lives
add light to my life.
