(a shadorma)

heart, inside your chest,
come with me.
I said I’d
share those heavy burdens, and
even give you rest.

P. Wanken

Written for Carry On Tuesday Prompt #204: use part of the title of Pablo Neruda’s poem “Come with me, I said…”. Posted for day 65 in 100 Days of Spring – 2013.

    1. April’s madness jump-started me back into a fevered search of the prompt sites again…I hope to keep making my rounds. After the previous poem-a-day challenge, I petered out after a month or so. Anyway…thanks for the great prompts at Carry On Tuesday!! 🙂 ~ Paula
